2010-02-10 Lawyers from Peter Nielsen & Partners participated in a conference in Riga

On 4-6 February 2010 in Riga (Latvia) there took place a conference organized by AIJA.

AIJA is an international association bringing together lawyers from different countries of the world. The participants, including two PNP representatives - Mirosław Stefanik and Lech Gniady – had an opportunity to develop their knowlege with respect to insolvency law; especially within the scope of reorganization in particular Eurpoean countries and the USA. The conference was conducted by lawyers who work with insolvency law, trustees as well as bank representatives (it is usually banks who are main creditors in bankruptcy estates).
