We appreciate that significant sums of money are often involved in property transactions. We understand the needs of clients’ businesses, and can move fast when required. Property comprises many forms. Each specific type requires special handling and a separate approach, especially if this is a specially integrated part of the business. Every business needs somewhere from which to work. We conduct pre-acquisition investigations and preparation of the legal transfer documents for factories, shops and offices and any necessary banking security documents. It is our policy to meet or beat deadlines! Pubs, Clubs, Hotels and Restaurants is also an area we deal with. It involves a package of complicated issues relating to employment, alcohol licensing, taxation, and the transferring of goodwill and intellectual property. There are usually and complex related commercial agreements, including for the supply of alcohol. It is essential that these issues are addressed in the right order, and early enough in the transaction, for it to go smoothly and on time. Contact Euan Temple Dispute Resolution: We advise on issues arising from: • Employment law disputes • Shareholders and partnership disputes • Intellectual property rights disputes • Commercial mediation Our philosophy is to go the “extra mile” for the client providing a quality service where results meet expectations. Our approach to Dispute Resolution is solutions-driven rather than clients becoming lost in the legal process. We use commercial mediation at an early stage to help resolve disputes in a practical and cost-effective way. If the case is not suitable for Commercial mediation, and negotiations are not proving successful, we are pro-active in pushing forward the client’s case to bring it to a successful conclusion. At mediation, the objective is to obtain a fair and just settlement of the dispute. In 1990, Euan Temple was accredited by ADR Group as a Commercial Mediator, and was nominated in 2006 as a “leader in the field” by Chambers Directory (an independent publication). This was not the first time he had been nominated, as he had been so nominated in successive years before. Contact Euan Temple. |
